Problem with your Order

Thank you so much for supporting our small family business! We do our very best to make sure your plant arrives to you happy, healthy, and ready to grow.

That said, plants are living things, and shipping can sometimes be a little unpredictable and occasionally things happen that are outside of our control.

🌱 Weather Conditions
Please be mindful of the weather in your area before placing your order. Extreme temperatures, especially freezing temperatures, can seriously damage or even kill an aloe during shipping. Because we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot replace plants that are damaged or lost due to extreme weather conditions.

📦 Damaged Packages & Lost Shipments
Sometimes packages can get damaged or lost while in transit. It’s definitely a bummer when this happens, and we understand how disappointing it can be. We will always do our best to help you work through the situation and resolve it.

Due to repeated difficulties with claims being honored, we no longer ship with USPS and use UPS shipping services instead.

📸 Please Take Photos
If your aloe arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the plant, the packaging, and the shipping box and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

🌿 A Few Bruised or Damaged Leaves
Please keep in mind that a little bruising, bent leaves, or minor leaf damage can sometimes happen during shipping. We carefully package our plants to minimize this as much as possible, but unfortunately, It happens.

If your aloe is still healthy and viable and the damage is only cosmetic, please give it a little time. Aloe plants are very resilient, and minor shipping damage will usually heal as the plant settles into its new home.

We are not a large company with a warehouse full of plants—we're a small family business, and every order is handled with care. We will always do our best to make things right when something goes wrong, while also being fair and reasonable about situations that are beyond our control.

Thank you for choosing to support our little business and giving one of our aloes a new home!
